Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Notion CSV Importer ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
The service
The app imports data from CSV files into Notion databases you authorize. It acts on your behalf using the access you grant through Notion's official sign-in flow.
Your responsibilities
- You own or have rights to the data you import, and confirm you are authorized to add it to the destination Notion workspace.
- You are responsible for choosing the correct destination database and for reviewing import results, including any skipped, duplicate, or failed rows.
- You agree not to misuse the app — no illegal content, no automated abuse or overloading of the service, and no use that violates Notion's own terms of service.
Payments
The app may offer a free allowance and paid options such as one-time purchases or usage credits. Prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Paid allowances are tied to your connected account and are not transferable.
Availability and "as is"
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for Notion outages, Notion API changes, or data already in your Notion workspace. You are encouraged to keep your own backups of important data before importing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss, arising from your use of the app. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the three months preceding the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to nothing).
Termination
You may stop using the app and disconnect at any time. We may suspend or limit access for accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Third-party services
Your use of the app also involves Notion, Railway, and Stripe, each governed by their own terms of service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
